At unexpected junctures in our life we find ourselves challenged, and invited to expand beyond our historical modes and patterns of compensation to stress. Or, we are asked to respond to a more deeply sensed source of discontent.

In a safe and supportive environment we will explore and discover how thoughts, beliefs, emotions and bodily experiences are all present and co-arising; you will see and gently transform your situation, difficulties and yourself more fully through the present moment experience.

Issues that can be addressed include: managing stress and anxiety; loss and grief; depression; the impact of recent or historical trauma – physical and emotional abuse; eating issues and disorders, addictions; codependency; chronic pain; marriage, relationship and intimacy issues; meaning and purpose of life.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families and children of all cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations.
